Different run times?

My version is 82 minutes, but it says here 85 minutes.
I can't imagine what would be edited out.
Anyone know what the differences are?

The DVD comentary said they're was a new opening put onto the dvd, with the credits in space.

I don't have a store bought DVD. I burned it from (TMN) The Movie Network. I get it now, its just a little addon for the DVD, so it sounds like I'm not missing anything from the film.
