Is the 'Agency' the 'CIA'?

In the Lee Hong Assasination briefing the lady from the "Agency" says they sent a man after Hong earlier and they haven't heard from him, then when you find him, he's "CIA". Does this mean 47's been working for the CIA? Is that why he's never taken a job in America?

Hey Man, be nice. I just wanted to talk a little politics and you made it all personal.

The guy in the basment is CIA but i he's not who the agency sent. The one who you free you meet in silent assissin twice remember also both 47 and Diana have British accents. I think i could be some america govenment black-opperation who use 47 to kill crime bosses but i don't think he knows. As for the game not having any levels in the USA i can only think its because most games seem to take place in the USA now and the programmers wanted to use europe and asia to both be new and also give europeans a game witch involes them.

PS think about the aussies, whens the last game that you played that takes place down under.

No sorry not true, the "Agency" is an international assassination agency wich I think is based in either France or Romaia. They have connections to intellegence agencies all over the world. They not only provide support for them but general clients.

Hence the name International Contract Agency...

God, how dumb are you, original poster?

Don't ever ask me about my business, Kay.
