Scariest moment in an exorcism movie ever IMO

The part where she is in the barn and finally says the names of the demons and finishes with "And I am Lucifer, the devil in the flesh" and her face is shrouded in darkness is so damn scary it still gives me major goosebumps.

Just to follow up with a little humor I love how RIGHT after she says that they show the horse and his eyes/face are like "Fuuuuuuuuuq that I am out of here!!" and he kicks the door away and get's out LOL!

ITA! but what did it for me was her Eyes!

BOSTON STRONG.

I agree. They did an excellent job with that scene and Jennifer Carpenter played the role perfectly. When she starts chanting the names of the six demons, it gives me chills like no other movie I've watched. And yes, her eyes! I liked how they made her look so evil.

There were 2 for me: when Emily's guy friend told her he'd stay with her in her dorm room overnight and then awoke to find her on the floor all contorted staring up at him! The other was when her little sister came up to her room to ask Emily to come downstairs and when she turned her head towards the little sister, she was mumbling and eating large dead insects.....yum.

Oh that first scene you described when she was distorted on the floor always creeps me out. That scene made me jump.

Sounds interesting. Always like to watch these things for entertainment. The whole faith/supernatural god devil thing is so entertaining, anyone taking this *beep* seriously needs help pronto. Can't cure stupidity though.

I guess they can't cure arrogance, ignorance, and self-importance. Well, at least in your case.

Bravo. And I agree.

Not nearly as good as The Exorcist, stop saying that it is.

the blanket rolling down on it's own was enough for me

I'm a man of God and that scene creeps the hell out of me (this is possibly the scariest movie ever: even scarier than The Exorcist) that I have to mentally pray!

I get goosebumps too.

And now when I watch it I'm going to picture the horse saying that lol
