Does anyone know the name of the song they play while the season winds?

There's this montage I remember where the Red Sox are playing the final games of the season and they show them winning and it was real upbeat. I don't know if it was country or what.

It starts out like "WHOA-OH, WHOA-OH, WHOA-OHH, something like that with real funky music in the background. If someone can please find out or let me know I'd appreciate it.
