I was very satisfied with what I have just seen. Great choice of actors and of course, the great director, who has already proven his ability in adaptation of Russian claassics.

Has there been any talk of releasing DVDs or anything? I really, really am dying to see this in america.
share They should release it on dvd pretty soon but I'm not sure id its gonna ahve English subs or dubbing.
BTW did they release Bortko's "Idiot" in the US? If they did, they will definitely release this one as well.
Also, there is this russian website where you can download the series from via bittorrent client. They post one serie per day - just as it's broadcasted on TV. But you wont find any english subtitles. Its bt-club.org you need to register there first.
