Help with song on DVD extra

In the documentary, "The Mania of WrestleMania", featured on the DVD extras disc, there is a song played at the end of the segment highlighting The Rock and Stone Cold's match at WM XIX. I only know parts of it. It goes something like this: "You only reached out to me and helped me believe. All those memories we share, I will cherish every one of them...So now, you live on, in the words of a song...'Cause you stand here with me." Does anyone know the title of this song and who sings it? If you do, any information you post will be greatly appriciated. Thanks!
