Yes they meet when Deb is taking the pictures for him and Uncle Rico, and he asks her if she has a green vest for him to wear.

Think Tank is doing to the Film Festival Tour right now. It was in the Kansas City Film Festival last month. Hopefully they'll make to to Sundance, get bought out like "Nappy D" and get released some time next year!!!
shareI saw this last Saturday at a film festival in Utah and I can tell you right now that Deb and Kip don't speak to each other at all in the film and neither plays a large enough role. Btw, Unca Phil (from Fresh Prince) is in this a bit more, but not enough either.
