Whazzup on Grenier and the Dudleyz call for tables but Dupree charges in and gets 3D. Sylvan makes the save then some goof photographer jumps in and clocks D-Von so Dupree can get the pin at 8:07. The unknown assailant is Rob Conway. Im going 1 1/2 star. Typical slop from Raw.

Coach praises Resistances title defense and backstage Christian offes help to Bishoff, who declines as he's got a plan already.

Match #2

Train gets out of the tombestone but gets chokeslammed and pinned at 9:18. Sable flirts with Taker (gross) and Steph runs in and chases her off. Whatever. 1 1/2 star.

Match #3

Shane McMahon Vs Eric Bishoff

They brawl outside and Coach makes a heel turn I frankly didn't give a **** about because it meant they would waste Raw time on him. They clobber Shane until Austin shows up and Shane pushes Coach into Austin so Stone Cold can stun him. Shane fights back and puts Bishoff on the spanish table and elbow drops him through it and gets the pin at 10:33. Bishoff bleeds. I FF through most of it but ill throw it 1/2 star for some entertainment value.

Match #4

Fatal 4 Way United States Championship Match

Eddie Guerrero Vs Chris Benoit Vs Rhyno Vs Tajiri

Eddie was successful in becoming the WWE's first US champ (wish they used the WCW belt instead of something that looks like a light heavyweight belt). He was also successful in pissing off 2 of the other guys and Rhyno turned on Benoit recently. Tajiri and Benoit got no beef but theyre fine with choping and kicking the snot out of eachother. Eddie runs away and Rhyno pounds Benoit. Short arm clothesline, but Benoit chops back and gets a quick cross face as Eddie saves. Tajiri comes in and drops a knee on Benoit for 2. Eddie saves, attacks and runs away cause he's a genius. Rhyno clotheslines Tajiri for 2, and again Eddie sneaks in, but this time gets caught by Benoit and slammed, and kicked by Tajiri. Rhyno chokes Benoit out in the corner, and then gores Eddie in the other corner. Powerslam gets 2. Benoit hits him with a snap suplex for 2, then backdrop suplexes Tajiri. Rhyno hits Eddie with a belly to back suplex for 2. Eddie comes back with a tilt a whirl headscissors on Rhyno and the ropewalk headscissors on Benoit, for 2. Eddie then puts Rhyno on the floor and goes after Tajiri, but gets kicked and recovers with the lasso from El Paso. Rhyno tries to save, but Benoit takes him down with a crossface. Eddie tries to make Tajiri tap before Rhyno but Tajiri makes the ropes, so Eddie dropkicks Benoit in the face to break. benoit gives him a cross face and the others save. Rhyno hits Tajiri with a spinebuster for 2. Benoit dropkicks Rhyno out of the ring and Tajiri knocks him down with a handspring while knocking Eddie off the apron at the same time, but Benoit delivers the triple german suplexes to Tajiri. Tajiri gets his own german suplex with a nice bridge over for 2. Eddie grabs his US belt and Rhyno ends up goring his shoulder out of whack when he runs into it. Benoit puts Tajiri in the tree of woe and swandive headbutts Rhyno but Tajiri BARELY makes the save. Tajiri and Benoit fall out over the top rope and Eddie frogsplashes Rhyno for the pin at 10:55. Best match so far. 3 stars.

Kurt Angle Vs Brock Lesnar

Angle controls the opening moments with mat wrestling and Brock bails and has a hissy fit outside the ring. Brock takes a walk with the belt, so Angle attacks him and they brawl down the aisle, and back to ringside, as Angle sends him into the railing and back in. Brock misses a blind charge and Angle gets an overhead suplex for 2. Brock gets a press slam and just heaves Angle out of the ring in an ugly spot. Angle gets sent to the stairs. Back in, Brock stomps him down and gets an overhead for 2. Brock tries another press, but Angle rolls him up for 2. Brock with a backbreaker for 2. Angle pulls down the straps and gets the Angle Slam, but it only gets 2. Anglelock, but Brock counters and the ref is bumped. Angle gets a weird upside down leglock on Brocks head while he's still standing then switches off ot eh anglelock. Brock taps with no ref, and Vince shows up to crack Kurt with a chair. F-5 follows and the ref recovers and it's a slow 2 1/2. Angle wakes up and puts on the angle lock and Brock makes the ropes twice but Angle pulls him off and he eventually taps at 20:42. 3 stars.

Dropkick with the chair sets up a van terminator but Kane dodges. RVD tries a crossbody and Kane catches him and finishes things with a weak tombestone on the stairs outside and gets the pin at 12:45. 2 stars.

Match #7

Raw Championship Elimination Chamber Match

HHH Vs Shawn Michaels Vs Chris Jericho Vs Kevin Nash Vs Goldberg Vs Randy Orton

HHH is wearing the goofy biker shorts tonight, and JR points out he has been suffering with a groin injury which probably means he's gonna do squat tonight. Shawn and Jericho start as expected. Jericho rolls through a cross body for 2. Shawn backslides him for 2. They do a pinfall reversal sequence and Shawn tries a sunset flip, blocked by Jericho for 2, and reversed by Michaels for 2. They slug it out and Michaels backdrops him, but Jericho goes for the walls. Shawn reverses for 2. Jericho bulldogs him but misses the lionsault, and recovers with a clothesline. Randy Orton is in next and he comes in with a top rope cross body on Michaels for 2. Jericho chops him down. Orton takes him down with a neckbreaker for 2. Jericho with an enzuigiri on Shawn for 2. Orton dropkicks him down and stomps away. He goes for the RKO but Jericho stops him short and kicks. Jericho gets the walls on Shawn as Kevin Nash draws the next release from his pod. Nash looks weird with short blonde hair. IT'S THE RETURN OF OZZ!!! Nash beats up everyone and snake eye's Jericho into the chain mesh wall. Sideslam on Orton gets 2. Short arm clothesline on Shawn gets 2. Big boot for Jericho and he goes for a jacknife but Shawn superkicks him and Jericho gets the pin about 8 minutes in. That was lackluster. Off to TNA for Nash. Nash wipes the mat with everyone before leaving the promotion. HHH is next but since he's so badly injured, Shawn gives him a superkick while he's in the pod and he is dead for the next 2 or 4 minutes straight. Goldberg is the last man in and he destroys everyone. He's clearly the favorite and the one the fans want to win at this point. Press spinebuster on Orton, but Jericho and Michaels try a double team and get shoulderblocked clotheslined. Spear on Orton gets rid of him at around 13 minutes in. Jericho tries a missile dropkick and gets 2, but Goldberg presses him into the cage. Golderg spears Jericho through a pod and he's pretty much dead. Then it's down to Shawn and Goldberg. Shawn drops him and hits the flying elbow but misses sweet chin music and gets speared and jackhammered and gone at 15 or 16 minutes. Goldberg quickly fetches Jerichos dead body and spears and jackhammers him into oblivion which leaves HHH shting himself in his own pod. Flair does his best to lock the door shut but Goldberg kicks throug the plexi and drags HHH out but HHH launches into an attack. Goldberg easily fights back and goes for the spear but Flair passes the sledgehammer and Goldberg gets beaned and pinned at 19:13 completely deflating the crowd. Evolution beat him to a bloody mess to close the show. HHH was in such pathetic work shape for the match and he STILL insisted on keeping the gold. Course Goldberg went over at the next ppv but by then the fans didn't care anymore. This ppv had major backlash from what I remember on the internet community and everyone was damn sick and tired of HHH's reign. Im going 3 stars here.

Overall Opinion: This show had some good matches, but it felt kinda feh compared to the previous 3 years.

Final Score: Im going with a 4.2.
