Idiots
Well I don't give a *beep* how ne one feels. This is how I feel...this is sad! The last film 'Growing Pains: The Movie' was actually really good. I didn't expect it to be but it was and this one...was soooo far from the last. except for Mike and his many kids and his wife (actual wife) coming back...nothing really made sense. Ben becoming a real estate agent...what? What happened to his black gf from the last film? Carroll..ok she is still with Scott but they couldn't even cough up the money for him OR his KID to return to the film. Chrissy...WHAT THE *beep*! She won an award for her documentary on her family in the last film...why is she all of a sudden a grunge *beep* Are we suppose to believe that the house is the same house since 1992? They never explained that btw. They moved out of the house. Last movie...they weren't even in the house and this one...it's the same house but renovated....ummmm no! Explain yourself. What happened after the last episode. Why is Chrissy into Grunge Music all of a sudden. What happened to Ben's girl and what happened to Scott's son who was a major inspiration for Carroll to marry Scott.
Long story short. I don't like this film. The last film was much better. The direction of this film isn't bad it's the story. It is a bunch of *beep* and like everyone else says...Where is Boner!?! I understand Kirk had a problem with his character etc, etc but Boner was on the show a lot and an awesome character that brought and 80's vibe to the show...ala: Buddy Lembeck/ Bill & Ted. Any way. I know he is dead now but he wasn't during these films. This one should have not been made. They did well with the last one and I believe rushed this one. Sad...they could have developed a new series from this with the new Seavers. I think that would have been great. but its been 9 years. Kirk is doing all these religious films. Alan has his son rockin it in the clubs. Joann was in Knocked Up (...last thing I've seen her in) and the rest....no clue. Ne way. Yup this film sucked.
