I see from your profile you are a big JP fan... I read the second Gladiator draft and then watched the film over and over this past week and I am convinced he is one of todays best young actors.
I don't understand actors, how does their significant other know if they are being true or "acting." I'd be a total basketcase so no actors for me.
I am a writer, on paper I can sell snow to Eskimos, and have them thanking me for my particular brand of snow...Lol In person, I clam up. I looked at the words of Gladiator and in no way could I bring to life the character of Commdus like JP did, that is not the director's doing, it is the actor...
Bless them all, they make us writers seem like frikkin' geniuses... Lol

About what? In any case, I forgive you and now I should know better, look where we are. In a movie board... movies are the ultimate lie... wimpy actors pretend to be the heroes we all wish we could be in our own lives. Plain looking women get made up by experts to look like goddesses are also a lie...
Go easy on yourself... the internet spawns all kinds of lies. I once had a date I met thru the net who swore up and down about how "honesty" is all important in her life but upon meeting her, I could see the picture was at least 5-7 years old, and she was 20-30 pounds heavier... but that wasn't being dis-honest though now was it? Hmmm....
Look, it doesn't really matter, whatever your name is or whoever you really are, life is too short to beat yourself up. The fact that you felt guilt says you are ultimately HUMAN.. and thats a good thing. :-)
Just got a call from John Nemec (look him up in here, Michael H Brown too), my producer friend, and we are both going to see SX: The Movie Wed. We both ride, he used to ride but now drives like a maniac after an ankle injury forced him to sell his dirt bike.
