Is this a moralistic film?

I am fascinated by Casanova, but after watching the trailer for this, it seems like this is a movie that eventually condemns/discourages Casanova's promiscuous lifestyle--not unlike the story of Don Juan.

Would I be right? If so, I don't want to waste time watching this :(
Otherwise visually it looks great and seems like the music is good too.

Does Casanova learn at the end that one should not be promiscuous and that loving only ONE woman is the only right way to go?--or is there an overall message of that sort?
