Man, when I saw that monster for the first time I almost laughed out loud. That monster looks so much like Jack Elam in his later days that I could have sworn it was intentional. Maybe the costume guy was a Jack Elam fan or something and he saw this as his chance to finally work with him.
I'm sorry, but it can't be a coincidence. It just looks too much like him. What does everyone else think?

That cracks me up. I just finished watching Abominable and went to the forum to post about the creature looking like Jack Elam. I guess I'm not the only one who thought so.
Either way, it was another remake of rear window.
It was so obvious I'm surprised every thread here isn't about this. There certainly isn't much more about this movie interesting enough to discuss.
Personally, I just thought it was funny.
