Who is ultimately the bad guy in the film?

First of all, I am neither a right-wing or left-wing, Democrat or Republican. I only support the truth, Constitution, civil liberties, etc. To me all of the labels are unnecessary. The truth of the matter is that there is currently no difference between Democrats and Republicans. Nearly all of them are bought out by special interests and therefore do not support the interests of the American people. However, as you can see, there is also no difference between Democrats and Republicans who support the Constitution, and who do not take money from special interests. Take Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich for example who ran in the 2008 presidential election. Both of them are similar, and applying a label to them doesn't really mean anything, either.

(Caution: possible spoilers ahead)...

Anyways, moving on to the film, the movie seemed to be all about bashing the right-wing/Republicans side. If you narrow it down, it looks like that is who the bad guy is in this movie. They run the media and they run the bad U.S. government. I don't think I saw one time in the movie any talk about the left-wing/Democrats side. Near the beginning of the film it talks bad about the right-wing side. Then near the end of the film, it talks about how the media has been controlled for about a couple of decades, and you have a Democratic congressman explaining how it was going on going back to the Reagan administration, then flowing through the first Bush administration and then being piked up successfully so far by the second Bush administration. As you can see, he skips over Clinton... a Democrat. I mean, are we to believe that the media was unbiased and telling the truth during the Clinton administration? And don't tell me it was just the words of the congressman and not the filmmaker. The filmmaker put him in the film to say that, showed clips of the aforementioned Republican presidents while he was talking, and did nothing to show us or talk about anything about the media during the Clinton administration. Don't get me wrong, I liked the movie, and thought it was very eye opening and it seemed mostly truthful. But this movie also seems very biased about the left-wing/Democrats side, and I would really like to know why.

And one more thing: One very major thing that I saw missing from the film was the behemoth of controlling the media: the one who's really pulling the strings, who's members are the corporations that own the media, and that is the CFR. Why couldn't we have heard more about that? That is the organization who has been controlling the media since near the beginning of the 20th century, starting with the major newspapers. I would also like to know why this film doesn't make any room for the real big culprit in the room.
