The sister and him were gonna *beep* Just bothered me, sadly and weirdly I wished she did kill them. Slutty little sister and idiotic with no heart, "husband". Good movie, nevertheless. Better than Funny Games, seeing this actually had a plot LOL. But congrats to the writers/directors, nice movie.

Nah, her killing them with an axe was in her imagination - at the very end of the movie she's unconscious on the bathroom floor and her husband and sister are trying the door handle, trying to get in...
Nice double twist at the end there - VERY nicely acted and directed. Class.
I think she did kill them, and the whole movie was her imagination(going insane) of what would it be like if she didn't. Her patient was the part of her mind that held the horrible truth, that's why he was invisioned as a horrible murderer trying to get her, because she was horrified to face the truth.
The people at the end knocking on the door were the police I think, as it did not sound like her husband/sister.

No way this movie is better then funny games, funny games is a study on the entertainment value of violence, and as we as a society have grown to glorify that same violence.
This is just a sub-standard horror movie, with some bad acting, mainly the patient character.
And the twist? Come on, give me a break, nowadays i'll be very happy when i see a straight forward horror movie, without the variations of that one twist that everyone seems to use.
I was expecting way more from this movie.
