(spoiler) Does Louise know.....

Does Louise know that she's Simon's sister? Does she seek him out and target him? Is that why she didn't seem to have a sexual interest in him?

I was a bit confused about that. Are we just supposed to interpret it as we want?

Also, did they meet for the first time on the train? meet by chance? and then she went with him to his holiday place? It was confusing to me!!!
