HELP

I remember a sketch show from the nineties with actors from this TV show in it. One of the sketches was naked people where the'yre bits were always covered. I remember one with a kettle blocking it, and one where they were on the news and a banner blocked it but then the banner left and you saw his penis.

Can anyone tell me the title of this show.
