Somewhere in the second half (I can't remember exactly where) she mentions that she shed a few tears when she received a letter from the BBC telling her that the series had been cancelled.

Hell of a shame that some dunderheads at the BBC cancelled something so good, yet they hang onto the really cack, brain dead 'comedies' like My Family.
