Name change for english title?

Anyone know why it's called Speer and Hitler here in the U.S.? I assume it's implied for Germans the reference to "he". Is it because American wouldn't know who "Speer and he" would be referring to if they didn't add Hitler's name?

Question for any Germans reading this.

In the U.S., our TV has a History Channel that has more programming on Hitler and the Third Reich than just about any other subject matter. Is the Hitler subject buried there so as to not relive it all the time or is it discussed openly and often as it seems elsewhere. I wondered if calling this "Speer und er" was to purposely leave out Hitler's name in the title.
