No posts on how TERRIBLE this was?

Most posts here are how she wasn't ugly or how the masnt too movie actually wasnt too shabby but this has got to be one of the worst pieces of crap i've seen. I read what it was about and didn't expect much, but thought it might entertain me. It didn't. I thought maybe because she was killed we were supposed to feel sympathy but i guess not. its just way too cheesy, even thought that was expected. How old are the actors by the way? 30-35? I don't understand how someone reads a script like this and goes "yeah, let's spend a lot of money and make this movie"
I basically expected this to be a bad movie I'd watch when I couldn't fall asleep on cable, but the acting, the deaths, and how the story unfolds were too much. You don't even know WHY she becomes hot, really. She dies so she dresses slutty? She obviously wanted to be popular etc before. She basically coulda had all that before death.

Don't waste your time. And for the record, everytime Chloe wore that hat I wanted to kill her myself, she looked like an idiot.

Worth killing for, worth dying for, worth goin to hell for.

A hot turd? Methinks you give it far, far too much credit.

Have you ever seen the movie, "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things"? I used to think that was the worst movie ever. Not anymore...

Original or remake? Because the 70’s original holds a special place in my heart. That was good but I cannot attest for the remake.

My only gripe is once she was hot why did she still want the teacher? Didn't she only desire him because she was a loser and lonely? What he could give her wasn't what she required now. Why not go after a rich, hot guy instead. She could have anyone she wants now. Why try to ruin his stupid little marriage?

The revenge on the kids though I could see. Of course she wanted to get back at them.

CiCi: Oh, my bad. I thought you were someone else.
GHostface: That's OK, I am

Old actors for teenagers is standard fare. Juliet was 13 in the original. How old is she in various adaptions? The budget according to Wiki was under 5M. The evil = sexy thing isn't that surprising. Anyway, she did a spell so she can be with the teacher, and her blood apparently made the spell work, including making her sexy. Anyway, ymmv, but I liked the film. It has some good set pieces and ideas. Not a gem, but surely not so horrible as an example of the genre to be singled out.

Tamara.. Terrible. I mean It had elements I liked. The script was yes choppy/rushed and plot details were vague and skipped entirely. Main character focusing was confusing. Tamara but she died. Right? Is killing/raping people for revenge justifiable? Chloe But eh she's in and out? It was above average it could have been a horror genre classic had it been polished a little more.

Do people who post stuff like this really think most people care?

I get if your lack of people skills forced you into a critic career, but come on man. This is the internet on a sight to talk about movies. So you hated it, cool that's your own. Why the hell insist someone else shouldn't watch it?

How is Person A, B and C going to know whether they liked or hated this movie if all they have to go on is another person's opinion?

Why not talk about the things you would think would draw people in? Explain it's not for you. Have some manners, not be a jerk about it. Being a snob isn't cool, unless you are one yourself. Otherwise maybe you're a punchline to people you know. But see that's the being mean part, doesn't feel good does it?

Seriously though learn to live and let live. Wasting time by insulting on art and telling people what you think they should do is really sad.
