She made him cut off his ear; tongue; and eye, because he didn't stand up in the hotel room when they killed her. He wanted to act like he never heard anything; saw anything; or was going to say anything about what happened, so she gave him a valid reason.

I didn't like Roger at all... He was so pathetic, and just as self-centered as the rest! "I have a scholarship!" He may not have planned the prank, but he more than willingly went along with the cover up out of fear and to help out his future. Yet he acted like he never hurt her :/

I can name several horror movies/shows where "someone" was so-called innocent but they did NOTHING to lessen the pain. Someone who could've said "Enough is enough" or stopped something from going overboard.
What is the age old saying - Revenge is a dish best served cold
Or someone who says, "I don't care what all of you say -- we friggin killed a girl and the police need to know about it. It was an accident and, yeah, we might go to juvy prison. We killed someone and deserve it. Let's go report it - NOW!"
And while I agree that she should not have been playing around with witchcraft or wanting to seduce her married teacher, she was still an abused girl -- at home and at school. So cut her some slack.
