Melchior Beslon/ Blind guy (10th Segment) - What is he acting right now?

I just loved that part. His acting as a blind man was awesome. I almost fell in love with these two characters. So, is he acting anymore? Where is he from? Is there a site where I can read his bio?

PS - Why did he say 'I can see you at last?'
