great commentary, decent movie.
The movie was okay, great shots of new york were backdrops. But the commentary by Burns was informative, candid, and honest. He basically runs down his career in the first half-hour and then goes on to say how he made the movie for $200 grand with a digital camera. I thought the movie looked great for what he made it for. Burns gives insight into tricks you can use to save money, ways to position a camera and rip off shots without permits. "He actually said, *beep* hollywood." If there are any aspiring filmmakers the commentary is worth checking out. He even admits fault in some of his movies which I thought was pretty humbling. I think Ed would make a good film teacher for independent filmmaking.
