I live in portland and am friends with a keygrip for this movie. I got to go and work on the set fro a few days. It was a hell of a lot of fun. I had lunch with Kathy Najimi and got to help with the sound guy and learned a lot about the business of production. Feel free to ask me anything if you have questions.

LOL I too thought it interesting that the gay bar and the christian bookstore were "neighbours." I got a good laugh out of that. But I was told that back in the day liquor stores/bars were always built right next to churches where I'm from, and that immediately following services the local men would all head to the liquor bars for drinks. lol
