**Scottish** squirrel


The posted comment I just read mentioned that the best character was the 'Irish squirrel'. The chief squirrel was voiced by Billy Connolly, who is a stand-up comic from Glasgow. So... Scottish, not Irish. Big difference, and the Scots do get upset if you can't tell the difference. However, I would recommend Connolly's stand-up shows without reservation, except they aren't for kids.

Haha yeah I don't know why anyone would have thought the squirrel was Irish. I mean the accent was clear enough *though maybe that is not apparent to everyone*. They also did a parody of "Braveheart" involving the squirrel, so if the accent wasn't enough that definately would make it clear.
