Yes he looked bored as did most of the actors. It was a boring film. Ramis hasn't made a good movie since Groundhog Day.
shareBut....wasn't "being bored" part of the story? They were stuck out in cold Kansas, not much going on with their lives, empty or no relationships, etc. I think boredom is part of why they stole the money and the actors were portraying that boredom and sense of hopelessness.
shareIf the a major theme of the movie is boredom then it makes it pretty tough going to stay engaged as the viewer. It is kind of boring watching bored characters on the screen no?
