Why couldn't it have just been afterlife?

Why heaven? There's no Christian themes that run through the book besides the idea of heaven. Why couldn't it have just been named the afterlife?

"Heaven" is not only a Christian term... and Albom is actually Jewish. I think the word, "heaven" isn't just the province of any particular religions. It appears in a lot of our language - that cake was heavenly, etc.

You know what they say... no one with missing teeth wears an Armani suit.
