The watch in the movie

That Ferris Wheel watch was cool, I'd like one too. Except maybe more circusy colors like red and orange or blue.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

Almost seven years later, and still no real answer. I suspect it was created by the prop department for the film, but I'd also love to get my hands (hour and minute) on one of those.
