This movie looks like an amateur trash made by school kids shot with 300$ handycam. I couldn't help but laugh throughout the trailer. The hidden brilliance of humor lies in the fact that this movie actually tries to be serious. " The perfect weapon... genetically modified soldiers..." = Bald guy without a shirt. HAHAHA omg I'm crying.
The freaking Universal Soldiers for god's sake, where was this in the game? Oh I got it, CGI monsters are pretty expensive to make. So what did he spend 30 millions on? All the lead actors in this movie hardly deserve a 5 grand salary.

only 6.5 million. 14 million adjusted for inflation. See, making a good sci-fi movie takes good story, imagination, good actors and talent. None of that was in any measure seen in Far Cry.

It didn't seem cheap at all. Real explosions and everything.
I am surprised, however, that it was this expensive.
