Bravo two zero, dunkirk, Bob...

I've been a fan of Rick Warden ever since i saw Bravo Two Zero, then he was in Band of Brothers which i think i can repeat word for word lol after seeing it that many times (how sad) and then i saw Dunkirk (As well as Wire in the blood).

I really think he has a great talent and a very honest approach to acting, at least that is what comes accross when i watch him.

He's obviously becoming more popular with the casting directors, anyone else out there respect him as well?

P.S Does anyone know if he 'blacked up' (or tanned up anyway) for Bravo Two Zero because he looks sort of Spanish/Italian in that (his character was from an Italian family i believe.)

Bravo Two Zero was the first DVD I ever bought. The character of Tony turned out to be the best part of the whole movie for me. Recently watched Band of Brothers and my favourite character was (surprise!) Lt. Harry Welsh. I didn't even realize that it was the same actor! I had been wanting to see Dunkirk for a few months (big fan of Richard Bremmer) and purchased the BBC boxed set on World War II. I didn't realize that Rick Warden was in it until his face popped up on screen in episode 3. I think he's a very good actor but it's unfortunate that, other than Band of Brothers, he seems to be relatively unknown in North America and his films aren't easy to find.
