Did Luke die in the first part...

All that I remember is that Luke is having sex with his girlfriend and she turns out to be an alien... and there is a scene where naked Luke is struggling for his survival in his bed... I assume he died cause he seems so powerless and I guess he was eaten alive...

Decoys don't eat you, they have sex with you! Usually you freeze to death.

And... we never saw him actually die.

So... ;-)

Since the charater Luke is in the sequel it's safe to assume he did not die.
