They should sue Slumdog Millionaire
Danny Boyle watched this for inspiration, and by inspiration I mean he lifted quite a bit from this film. The beginning, the chase scenes, the device of telling the story backwards whilst in prison. Jeepers.

You can't sue for being inspired by a movie and making a similar style one. If they could then Bollywoo would be literally bankrupt righ now because every 2nd movie is a Hollywood rip with songs and dances pasted in.
