i could not find the annato seeds, but found the pre-made paste. has anyone used this and if so, do you just add all the liquid parts that he mentions to the paste?

Yes, this is only the spices, you still need to add the tequila, OJ, lime juice. It will be no where as good or potent, but still tasty.
