is the 325 degrees in fahrenheit or celsius?
i don't think it's celsius...
if it is in fahrenheit what's the celsius temp?

Its 325 Fahrenheit, that’s about gas mark 4-5 for 4 hours, if you have a fan assisted oven maybe shorter cooking time, check your oven manufactures guide if your unsure.
