The graphic novel was incredible, especially the final act. This movie was an abortion that completely changed it for the worse. Please give us a real movie that follows the real story!

hey, I actually liked the book better than this nothing-really-happened movie. Sure there are some silliness, but you can make it better in movie. Sure the acting was good in this movie, but the story is lame, slow, nothing as suspenseful as in the book.
Make it 2,5 hours long, it should work.

shareFunny I bought the graphic novel because I love the movie but I’ve never been able to get through more than a few pages. Not a comic book guy, I guess.
If this movie is an abortion then rip me out with a wire coat hanger too because I think it’s fantastic. One of Cronenberg’s best.
The movie had good moments, but the graphic novel was much better. The art wasn't my favorite though.
