Why does the government send so much money fighting drug addicts(who only hurt themselves) fighting the border(to keep Mexicans from working on construction sites). When this is happening in America, how can this not be stopped? What good are police that waste so much times solving crimes that happened but not preventing crimes from happening? Why is the police force seem so reactive and not proactive?
