True magic

Didn't know anything about this movie before watching. Never heard of the book either. I was just channel surfing as always and I stopped just as this began. I thought I will watch it for ten minutes before something I wanted to watch begun. I was immediately drawn in. Glued to the screen from start to finish. This is a true gem of a movie. Magical happy and sad. Any film that can do what this did to me has to be worth a viewing.
