Deeply moving

Newly available on Netflix, streaming. Knowing nothing about the film, I watched it. A series of incredibly realistic scenes depicting the relationship between two high school boys who's friendship grows into a relationship that's more than casual. The two main actors are played by fellows who look, well, real. Their closeness is drawn without a single note of mainstream factoring; and yet, the story rings loud and clear, building to what can only be called a moment of epiphany. An amazing little digital feature which shows without a doubt that regional film making is the New Wave of the twenty first century.
