I think I found a picture of Matthew....

They changed the names and blurred out faces. I looked up 12 counts of felony molesting in Utah, I believe that is where this movie was filmed. At least a lot of it looked like Utah.
I found a guy that was on America's most wanted. I am not 100% it is Matthew, because I do not know the real names of the molester's family. However, it seems possible.
