The name of the girlfriend??

Hi i just watched the last episode of series 3 ( i have to say i loved it but there again im a true romantic!)

However, what is seriously annoying me is i cant work out who the actress is that played James's girlfriend (the one with the black hair and didnt care if he was in the band or not etc etc).

I know i've seen her in something before i just cant think what it was... If anyone can help it'd be much appreciated.
