To me, that fit for a Batman series.
Never really liked the theme song they used from S3 onward. Too much like surf music and old school fans know full and well that Batman and surfing do not mix (Google "Surf's Up! Joker's Under!" to see what I mean).
Not sure why they replaced edge's theme song with some other crap song cause i liked edges song for this show.
shareYep. I thought that Edge's theme song was great and being a long time U2 fan, it was a nice bonus. The new theme song was crap. Well, at least the series stayed solid.

I dunno man, I prefer S3's because of the fact that I remembered that the most and I feel the most nostalgic for.
Just don't say that S3's onwards 'sucked'. I know you didn't, but others did) because that's an opinion, not a fact.

There are only three reasons I can think of to change a show theme, and two of them involve money. Royalties too expensive? Different direction for the show (and theme)?
Sometimes a change in theme can be beneficial for a show, not always, but sometimes.
I did enjoy the Edge theme, very hip and catchy for 2004. Maybe too hip? I recall how the Justice League (2001) theme changed between S1 and S2. Like here there are those who prefer the original compared to the newer, but unless there's a huge outcry from fans the studio will feel free to mix things up.
