Mune-mune and Kuramori

Mune-Mune in "Abenobashi mahô shôtengai" (2002) and Kuramori in "Haibane Renmei" (2002) sure look like they are related. The oil painting of Kuramori could just as well have been of Mune-mune.

I noticed it easily, since I was watching both shows in parallell.

The real-world relation between the two characters, is that they share the same Japanese voice actress, Aya Hisakawa.

Anybody know wether this face appears in other shows, and wether it has anything to do with the voice actress?

Hmmm, from my perspective they don't really resemble each other. Sure, they both have long hair, and are rather pretty, but that's about it. Physicaly and personality wise, they're quite different. The fact that they have the same voice actress is coincidental.

Oh, no question: Their personalities are vastly different. But their faces and hair, especially in that painting, look like the spitting image of each other.

They're both fairly generic looking anime characters, to be fair.
