the movie it´s BAD, the story is patetic
why call that movie TWINS EFFECT 2 when there isn´t any similar to the first movie

IMO this movie was bad, they took all seriousness out of it and made it appeal solely to Twin's fans. I suppose it's only called Twins Effect 2 because the Twins are the only link (obviously)

This was weak compared to the first Twins Effect. I loved the first film it was great even with the chessey love story it was still fun to watch and great fight scenes.
Just about everything in Twins Effect 2 isnt near as good as the first. Theres a couple good visual effects but they over did it with cgi they could have put that towards the fighting which isnt that great. It does start off good with Donnie Yen doing his little stunt at the start but it gets very boring quick.
Donnie Yen is hardly in this and the Jackie Chan fight scene was pointless and wasnt all that great either IMO not worth watching the movie just for that one fight scene.
I think the only thing that kept me from not turing this off was Charlene Choi goddamn shes hot in this x10 betting looking from the first Twins Effect, Gillian Chung isnt that bad looking either.
This movie is for the die hard fans of the Twins and of the first Twins Effect movie other then that your not missing much stick with the first movie if you havnt seen it yet.

I saw this movie when i flew from Vancouver To Shanghai, i thought it was rather entertaining, it had hot girls and good old cheesy kung fu, in all seriousness what kung fu movies arnt a litle bit cheesey, Jackie Chan is almost pure cheese in all of his movies, it was like an homage to all the old cheesey kung fu movies,

While I agree that it is indeed a bad movie, there are far worse HK made films out there, I do like to watch the both of The Twins Effect movies back to back on occasion and I find myself favouring the first one most of time but I must say this film did make me realise Charlene Choi is one extremely attractive girl when she isn't being a major pain in the a$$.

An english dubbed version doesn't exist...yet but you can buy the HK 2 disc DVD with english subtitles.

it is a bad movie, but i still liked it! it was sortof entertaining, and stupid at parts. and i also think that the twins effect movies are made for twins fans. heheh thats one the main reasons why i saw the movie in the first place.

'Twins Effect' was quite cheesy. I didn't think the sequel could surpass it on that area. I was wrong. 'Twins Effect II' is simply "cheesetastic". It's so over-the-top, so ludicrous, so bad and looks so cheap that you can't help but to appreciate it a little bit.
I mean, it must be really hard to make something as cheesy as this movie. Kudos!
