I definitely think 'El Padrino' (two hours of utter boredom), 'Subterano' (some of the shoddiest dialogue ever written) and 'Kill Bill Vol. 2' (nothing compared to the first, too long and too dull) should be in the Top 10.
Actually, I didn't think this one was that bad. The in-references to the original were a nice touch. Could have used a better ending though.
Add "Refugee of Fear" to that top ten list. Go ahead and look it up if you think I'm joking.
