I thought Billy Zane was exceptional in this film, more so than Madsen. However, if you want to see Billy Zane at his best you should check out Attack On Darfur!

How is Billy Zane any more noteworthy in Attack on Darfur? At least in this movie he is in it consistently and actually does something. In Darfur they paste him on the cover of the dvd meanwhile he only has a few scenes and plays the coward who runs away and doesnt even fight. I dont even think he shoots a damn gun in the movie but for some reason they have him on the cover holding a machine gun.
