I didn't see Bolt,so I don't know if her voice sounded Cocky. Maybe Penny was cocky,and Miley had to play cocky. If you typed Smucky,I'd guess or know you meant smug and Cocky.I have never heard of the word Smockey.:-)

I think baller1230 meant smokey, which, when in reference to someone's voice, means raspy and deep, which is what Miley's voice is. I think that's why Miley eventually replaced Chloe Moretz, because they needed Penny to sound 'tough' if she was gonna be the heroine of an action TV show; Chloe sounds 'girlie,' especially when she was a preteen.
