To my knowledge there were only 4 episodes in the first run of "Zero Hour" that I counted:

1. 9/11
2. Columbine Shootings
3. Tokyo Subway Gas Attack
4. Chernobyl Nuclear Meltdown

Were there any other events that were chronicled that anyone else knows of?

From season 1 there are

Massacre at Columbine
Last Hour of Flight 11 (the one that crashed in the North World Trade Tower)
Terror in Tokyo (about the sarin gas in the subway)

From season 2:

The Bali Bombing
One of America's Own (Oklahoma Bombings)
The Sinking of the Estonia (about the M/S Estonia boat that sank and killed about 800 people)
The King of Cocaine (about the arrest of Pablo Escobar)
Capturing Saddam
The Plot to Kill the Pope

I'd also like to see one about Jonestown and the Munich incident. I only saw a bit of the movie Munich, and I thought that it was too fast, and it wasnt impartial at all. I don't support any parts, but I think that the israelis were favoured in the portrait of the events.

Season 1 also had a Chernobyl episode.

Yes, I believe I've seen the Chernobyl one. At the time I didn't know the series, so I thought it was merely a 20th anniversary documentary on the disaster itself. But I remember it too gave exact times when explaining the happenings in and around the reactor and where everyone was.

As for topics, I can think of many I'd like to see shot in this realistic and reconstructed style but only few could be narrowed down to an hour I believe. I suppose one which might be quite interesting would be the Kennedy assassination. The problem with that episode imo is that even though lots of research has been done into proving that Oswald was the lone killer, so many things went wrong that day and surrounding the entire incident that we might never know for sure.
