Gone for good?

Well, the Disney Junior reaper seems to have done away with all but one (Rolie Polie Olie) of the classic shows: JoJo, 3rd and Bird, Koala Brothers, Little Mermaid, Stanley, Imagination Movers, PB&J Otter, Higglytown Heroes, Charlie and Lola, and probably others that I can't think of right now. JoJo and 3rd and Bird hurt the most.

I don't understand; with a 24-hour channel, it seems like they could fit in the classic shows, even if they were on late night like Rolie Polie Olie is. Aside from Olie and an occasional episode of Doc McStuffins, we hardly watch Disney Junior now that they've changed the schedule.

The only saving grace is that almost every month, in its kids on demand section, Comcast compiles a collection of shows with a common theme. In that collection, they have several of the classic shows. This month's theme is "beach party," and they have Stanley, Higglytown, and I think PB&J Otter episodes with some of the newer shows.

Sigh. I should have known they'd do this eventually. I thought the best thing about Disney Junior was how they aired the classic shows along with the newer ones.

Sigh.

We got Disney +. Found out this is one of the shows they didn't bring back. My daughter had me request it.
