Should this be considered separate from Paris Je Taime?

I think you can consider True a different movie in a way. Paris Je t'aime is an anthology film, and back in 2002 Tykwer shot what could be considered his segment, a 10 minute short film which he called True and was produced by his company X FILM. It was released in festivals and such. Now, it had to be changed to fit in Paris je t'aime, where all the segments needed to be 5 minutes long, so they cut it shorter and the segment in the context of the film isnt titled True, but "Faubourg Saint-Denis".
Anyway, the two things are the same, just the segment of Paris, was made shorter.
