Any Italian members....what was the reaction....?

.....to Barbara Fusar Poli and Maurizio Margaglio's display of animosity after their original dance and prior to their free skate? (un-backwardsed them)

They looked pretty steamed on TV, but I don't trust the editing.

Across the board, the free dance was so much better than the original dance - i.e. fewer mistakes. I was so happy to see Tanith Belbin and Ben Agosto win.

Something has to be done, but nothing too original, because hey, this is Hollywood.

She was definatly pissed, but seriously they needed to get a grip. Mistakes happen, you can't dwell on them. Sure it is the Olympics, the pressure is big enough there, why have even more pressure on yourself? I thought that was so juvenile that they wouldn't even talk to eachother, just walk by and pretend they didn't evne know each other. This is there last Olympics unless they come out of retirment again *Which I doubt they will* They should make it a memorable one, by knowing that they gave it there all.

Yeah. It's a bit dramatic. Maybe it's an Italian thing?

But anyway, she did forgive him in the end. I didn't think she was angry at him, I think she was just disappointed or upset, but not angry.

Not because I speak with an accent,
doesn't mean I think with an accent.

I don't think she was tremendously angry. She has large brown eyes and a profound, striking nose. She wasn't happy, a serious expression, so she looked major-league p'oed.

No sense in them trying to go off on one another or vent any frustration and have all the endless silly cameras carry it out for the world to see.

But of course, every news commentator, at least those in America, carried on like she was going to throw a Hollywood diva tantrum at the guy.
