not disney

this doesnt seem like a disney movie..most of disneys movies r about i dunno girls trying to save the world or girls singing in groups with animal names...not like this...this seems like a heavy topic for disney...

Maybe this world is another planets hell..

I was thinking that too. Disney usually seems to stay away from intense topics such as terror attacks. Most of their movies are "teeny-bopper" movies. When I first saw the commercial for the three movies this summer- Z3, Stuck in the Suburbs, and Tiger Cruise, I thought this movie was going to be girly like the others. Guess I was wrong. :) I can't wait to see this movie though.

It doesn't seem like a Disney movie...but it is about time they make something that has deeper meanings, well I guess Tru Confessions was deep but I'm glad they're making something about 9-11. I used to watch Disney all the time but my dad hated it, but my mom and me watch the movies alot, I can't wait to see this one, I'll have to ask if we can watch.

You guys are makeing such a big deal about this. It's just a movie. And in case you wanted to know I like teeny-bopper movies ecspeclly Gotta Kick It Up, Zenon, Zenon The Zequal, The Cheteah Girls, Get A Clue, and Tru Confessions. I always cry when I watch that one since I know what Shia LaBafos charecter goes through since I get treated the same way at my school.

I am very excited about this movie. Now that I think about it, they don't have very many serios movies...Well I'm glad they're doing this one. Seems that the serious ones are my favorites. I loved the color of friendship and tru confessions. But more than that I love the navy. comes with living in a Navy family for 16 years....since I was born. my dad's a sailor, and my uncle, and my grandpa, and my great-grandpa....well...my great-grandpa was actually in the army. oh well. like I've said in other posts, my dad retired right before 9/11 and his ceremony wasn't until after. In those first couple of weeks afterwards we were so afraid he's be called back to his ship. Lucky for us he got off on disability (effects of the gulf) and is now in another job where he...sells food....to naval carriers...not really much of a change considering he's still gone all the time...but at least he's not in war. Oops, got off topic there. sorry. like I was saying, I'd really like to see this movie cause I have a feeling for whats happening. I know what it's like to be in that situation (though I wasn't on a carrier when it all happened there's still the fear) Can't wait for the movie

Finally Disney is making something that's not crap. I can't wait to see this.

This is definitely the best Disney channel original movie, but they do try to tone it down so it's not totally oh my gosh! They do have the announcement that the trade centers are gone and people are dead, but it's also that they don't know anything and they leave it at there b/c the movie ends on September 13 or 14th. They definitely did it well so the movie could stay rated-G. And finally a Disney movie doesn't end all happily ever after!!! It's really funny at the beginning then is really sad at the middle and towards the end.

i gotta agree with you guys and girls. this definitely didn't feel like a disney movie. seems like a few of their movies are getting to be that way. i can think of at least one other disney movie that didn't feel like a disney movie to me and that's "tuck everlasting."
